What We Offer

Guaranteed Rent
You will receive a guaranteed monthly rent, even when the property is vacant, so you will never have to worry about void periods or sourcing tenants again.

No Fees
We do not charge any fees so you will not have to pay agent or tenant finding fees again!

Maintenance Guarantee
We promise to look after your property as if it were our own, often making dynamic improvements to it. We will be contractually obliged to return your property to you in the same, or if not better state than we receive it.

Repair Remediation
We cover all minor repairs and issues within your property, up to an agreed amount, so you will never have to worry about small damages and how to remedy them for your tenants again.

Long Term and Flexible
We offer hassle free, long-term contracts (3-5 years) for the properties we manage, but if this is not suitable for you, we can be flexible to accommodate your requirements.
